Peel Communications partnered with Renuity to enhance employee engagement by developing and implementing a comprehensive employee ambassador program - R Builders. This initiative supported Renuity’s commitment to helping employees build careers they love while ensuring homeowners enjoy a seamless renovation experience. Peel’s work included defining the ambassador role, responsibilities, and sign-up process, as well as crafting a unique brand identity including a name, logo, and style guide. To facilitate a successful launch, Peel created an ambassador onboarding guide and designed a recruitment campaign featuring launch communications, an event toolkit, promotional video, and social graphics. Additionally, Peel helped introduce and brand a new internal digital platform, R House, to manage the ambassador network and streamline company communications, reinforcing Renuity’s mission to improve homes—and lives—through its dedicated employees.
